  The first night my grandmother was there they 'forgot she was in her room' so she didn't get dinner.
  
  The second night, they took her to the un-assisted dining hall and left her to fend for herself though she wasn't able to feed herself at that point.
  
  The third day, near lunch time, my mom arrived to find my grandma with her call light on, without pants, sobbing in bed because she had rang the bell and no one came to get her so she wet herself.
  
  The people here are the scum of humanity and this place should be shut down.
